Reverse Wood Chop
- Hold a medicine ball (or dumbbell) with both hands next to your right hip and stand with your feet hip-width apart. Keeping your chest upright, sit your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat.
- In one motion, press through your heels as you "chop" the ball up and across your body until your legs are straight and the ball is above your left shoulder. Return to start. Complete all reps before repeating on the other side.
