Leg Raise with Block
- Place a block between your thighs and lie down on your back. With straight legs, lower your heels toward the floor as much as you can while keeping your lower back against the floor.
- Pause at the low point and then lift your legs back up to vertical. Keep your breath moving and your belly pulled in.
Tip If keeping straight legs is difficult or hurts your lower back, bend your knees slightly.
