Decline EZ-Bar Triceps Extension

  1. Grab an EZ-curl bar using an overhand grip, your hands a little less than shoulder-width apart. Lie faceup on a decline bench with your arms straight and hold the bar over your forehead.
  2. Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your head. Pause, and lift the weight back up by straightening your arms.
