The Beach-Towel Upper-Body Workout
Hold the ends of the towel and pull them so the towel is taut in front of you at shoulder height, arms straight and palms facing down. Keeping your right arm straight, bend your left elbow to pull the towel to the side of your chest. Then push your left hand forward as you bend your right elbow. Continue alternating.
