The Abs Diet recommends that you add one simple interval workout per week to complement your strength training. And how’s this for motivation: Interval training can increase your cells’ ability to burn fat by up to 50 percent. This workout is an optional part of The Abs Diet for Men Jumpstart, but practicing this pounds-shredding routine will help you maximize results. Complete one set of each abs exercise, then do 15 or 20 minutes of cardiovascular intervals, alternating between periods of high intensity and periods of rest while doing any cardio exercise (such as running, swimming, or biking).
