The Hill Climb
Gradually increase your speed until you're at easy-run pace. Run for 3 minutes. Raise the incline to 2 percent for 1 minute, then to 4 for 1 minute. Lower the incline and rest for 1 minute. Raise to 4 percent and run for 2 minutes. Alternate running 2 minutes at an incline with jogging 1 minute on the flat for as long as you can.
