Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown
- Sit down in a lat pulldown station and grab the bar with an overhand grip that's an overhand grip that's about 1 1/2 times shoulder width.
- Without moving your torso, pull the bar down to your chest as you continue to squeeze your shoulder blades. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
