Swiss-Ball Crunch for Women
- Lie with your hips, lower back, and shoulders in contact with a Swiss ball. Place your fingertips behind your ears, and pull your elbows back so that they're in line with your body.
- Raise your head and shoulders and crunch your rib cage toward your pelvis. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position. Don't allow your hips to drop as you crunch up.
