Squat Thrust for Men
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Lower your body until your palms rest on the floor about shoulder-width apart. Shift your weight onto your hands.
- Kick your legs backward to a pushup position. Your body should form a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders.
- Perform a pushup, and then quickly reverse the movement and perform an explosive jump as you stand up.
