- From standing, come down to all fours. Spread your fingers wide on your mat. Make sure your wrists are under your shoulders and your knees are under your hips.
- Open your hips to the right and lift your right leg up high behind you, pointing your toes. Keep your shoulders square to the floor. Stay here for 5 inhales and exhales.
