Seated Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
- Grab a pair of dumbbells and sit upright on a flat bench. Hold the dumbbells at arm's length above your head, your palms facing each other.
- Without moving your upper arms, lower the dumbbells until your forearms are at least parallel to the floor. Pause, then straighten your arms to return the dumbbells to the starting position.
