Over-Under Shoulder Stretch for Women

Over-Under Shoulder Stretch

  1. Simultaneously reach behind your head with your right hand and behind your back with your left hand, and clasp your fingers together. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds. 
  2. Release, and repeat with your left hand behind your head and your right hand behind your back.

Tip Hold a towel between your hands if you can't touch your hands together.
