Offset Dumbbell Lunge for Men
Offset Dumbbell Lunge
- Hold a dumbbell in your right hand next to your shoulder, with your arm bent.
- Step forward into a lunge with your right foot. Pause, then push yourself to the starting position as quickly as you can. Complete the prescribed number of reps on that side, then switch arms and lunge with your left leg for the same number of reps.
Tip Holding a weight on just one side of your body increases the demand placed on your core to keep your body stable.
