Lying Cable Face Pull with External Rotation

  1. Attach a rope to the high pulley of a cable station (or a lat pulldown) and position a flat bench below. Grab an end with each hand.
  2. Flare your eblows out, bend your arms, and pull the middle of the rope towards your eyes so your hands end up in line with your ears. Pause, then reverse back to the starting position.
