Hip Extension (2A)
1. Lie on your back. Bend your knees so your feet are flat on the floor. Place your arms at your sides, palms up.
2. Tighten your core. Now squeeze your glutes to lift your hips off the floor and toward the ceiling until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
3. Lower yourself to the starting position. Perform one set of 15 reps at a moderate tempo, and then rest for 30 seconds.
