Floor Inverted Shoulder Press for Men
Floor Inverted Shoulder Press
- Assume a pushup position, but move your feet forward and raise your hips so that your torso is nearly perpendicular to the floor. Your hands should be slightly wider than your shoulders, and your arms should be straight.
- Without changing your body posture, lower your body until your head nearly touches the floor. Pause, then return to the starting position by pushing your body back up until your arms are straight.
