90-Degree Cable External Rotation
- Attach a stirrup handle to the low pulley of a cable station, grab it with your right hand and stand facing the weight stack. Hold your upper arm at a 90-degree angle to your body.
- Without changing the position of your upper arm, rotate your forearm up and back as far as you can.
