45-Degree Cable External Rotation
- Stand at an angle to the weight stack. Hold your upper arm at a 45-degree angle to your body. Your upper arm should be at an angle between parallel to the floor and the side of your torso.
- Without changing the position of your upper arm, rotate your forearm up and back as far as you can.
