Meatless Monday: Vegan Blueberry Orange Smoothie

Bust out your blender. This healthy smoothie is loaded with nutrients, such as vitamin E and belly-filling fiber. The flaxseed also supplies omega-3 fatty acids, which support bone health. Start blending!
Vegan Blueberry Orange Smoothie (Serves 1)
Recipe by Danielle LaFata, RD, Core Performance
3 oz vanilla soy yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp wheat germ
1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Drink or refrigerate immediately.
