#FitStreak: Can You Exercise for 20 Minutes a Day?
Today's the first day of May, which means we're beginning to see sunshine, warm weather, and the final days before Memorial Day, the (unofficial) start of summer—and the beginning of swimsuit season. Yikes!
Fear not. While there’s no magic pill for a sleek, beach-worthy physique, the first step to scoring your dream bod is starting an exercise routine. That’s why the editors of Fitbie challenge you to go on a #FitStreak: We want you to exercise a minimum of 20 minutes a day for the entire month of May. It's as simple as taking a brisk walk around your neighborhood or dancing around your living room.
Let us know you're up for the #FitStreak challenge by sharing your progress on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, whether it's a rundown of your day's workout, a photo you snapped during your bike commute, or whatever's been inspiring you to get moving. And each day we’ll provide a workout, fitness tip, or expert-approved advice here on The Juice Bar.
Put in the time, and by June 1, you won't just be on your way to a swimsuit-ready bod—you'll also have developed an exercise habit that'll result in a healthier, happier lifestyle that'll last far longer than just this summer!
