Day 20: Triceps Presses
Grab your shampoo or conditioner or a bottle of water to do this at-home arm exercise. Grasp your "weight" with both hands. Bend your elbows and hold it behind your head. Raise your arms overhead and lock your elbows. Return slowly to the start position. Repeat for the designated number of repetitions. (More pointers on how to do the move)
